Man United continuing talks with David de Gea over new contract?
Manchester United have allegedly remained in contract negotiations with David de Gea.
The long-serving goalkeeper has been at Old Trafford since 2011, with a total of 347 appearances being made for the Premier League side in all competitions.
United have triggered a 12-month option in De Gea’s current deal to extend his stay at the North-West giants to 2020 but according to Sky Sports News, work is continuing behind the scenes regarding a longer contract.
Chief executive Ed Woodward has recently suggested that the club are looking to hold successful discussions with a number of players before the end of the season.
Phil Jones, Ashley Young and Anthony Martial have all committed their future to United since the start of 2019.
