Aston Villa to launch £20m move for Rhian Brewster?
Aston Villa have allegedly earmarked Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster as their top summer transfer targets.
Villa missed out on the signing of Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson on Monday, the Englishman instead choosing to join Newcastle United.
According to The Sun, Aston Villa head-coach Dean Smith is now becoming frantic in his search for a new striker and has identified Liverpool academy product Brewster as a potential summer signing.
The England Under-21 international starred during a loan spell with Swansea City last term, with 11 goals in 22 Championship appearances.
The 20-year-old is also believed to be a target for Sheffield United and Crystal Palace.
With three years left to run on his contract, Brewster is valued at £20m by the Premier League champions.
Aston Villa to start their 2020/21 Premier League campaign with a home match against Sheffield United on September 20.
