Report – Liverpool join race to sign Rodrigo De Paul
Liverpool have reportedly joined the race wanting to sign long-term Leeds target Rodrigo De Paul, according to The Sun.
The Reds are set to rival the Whites for the signature of Udinese attacker Rodrigo De Paul.
The Premier League champions are interested in signing the Argentinian playmaker in the January transfer window.
The report adds that Leeds have been tracking the Udinese ace since the summer transfer window after Marcelo Bielsa failed to sign his compatriot from the Italian club.
Bielsa is contemplating a fresh approach to sign the 26-year-old midfielder in the mid-season transfer window or wait until the end of the current campaign.
The Merseyside giants have registered their interest in De Paul to put the Yorkshire club are under pressure to act now or risk losing out on their long-term target.
Liverpool’s scouts have earmarked the Argentine as a potential signing who could improve Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
