Liverpool determined to sign Fabio Carvalho this summer
Liverpool are determined to land Fulham winger Fabio Carvalho this summer.
The Reds remain confident of signing the 19-year-old in the summer after a mid-season move could not be agreed in time.
Sky Sports reports that the teenager was poised to sign for Liverpool and then be loaned back to the Cottagers for the remainder of the season but Jurgen Klopp’s side “ran out of time” to complete a deal.
However, despite a failed attempt, discussions between Liverpool and Fulham will continue as the Merseyside giants attempt to negotiate a move for the attacking midfielder.
Carvalho has been in impressive form for Fulham so far this season, contributing seven goals and four assists in 18 Championship appearances for the club.
