Chelsea set £6.5m price tag for the Frenchman

Chelsea have reportedly set £6.5m price tag on Olivier Giroud, with the Frenchman said to have agreed personal terms with Inter Milan.

The 33-year-old has struggled for game time this season and is reportedly looking for a move away in order to earn his place in the France squad ahead of the 2020 European championship in the summer.

According to The Daily Mail, Giroud has agreed personal terms with Inter Milan, but the Blues are still holding out for £6.5 million.

However, the report goes on to claim that Inter are only willing to offer Chelsea £4.5m for Giroud’s signature.

The Frenchman joined Chelsea two years ago and his contract runs until this summer.

Giroud has scored 19 goals in 70 appearances for Chelsea.
