Everton weighing up club-record deal for Torino striker Andrea Belotti
Everton have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Torino star Andrea Belotti in the summer transfer window.
The Italy international has earned links to the Toffees after contributing 15 goals in 31 appearances for the Serie A outfit in all competitions this term.
AC Milan, AS Roma, Inter Milan and Napoli are all thought to be weighing up moves for the 26-year-old forward, but Tuttosport claims that Everton have taken the lead in the race to sign the prolific Serie A striker.
The Merseyside outfit are supposedly prepared to offer £52.5m for the Italian, which would be the club’s most expensive signing.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are expected to strengthen their attacking options ahead of next season.
