Tottenham Hotspur to rival Arsenal for Feyenoord midfielder
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to lock horns with Arsenal over the signature of Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kokcu during this summer’s transfer window.
The Turkey international has been linked with the Gunners over the last year or so, and a recent report suggested that the 20-year-old is still a target for the Premier League giants.
However, according to the Daily Mail, there is also interest from Tottenham Hotspur, who are reportedly set to pip their North London rivals to the signature of the youngster.
The report adds that the Lilywhites have already made contact with Kokcu’s representatives to register their interest ahead of the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has scored three goals and contributed two assists in 24 appearances for Feyenoord during the 2020-21 campaign.
Kokcu could allegedly be available for £10m this summer due to the club’s financial problems.
