Man United weighing up Mohammed Salisu move?
Real Valladolid centre-back Mohammed Salisu is reportedly the subject of interest from Manchester United, according to AS.
The 21-year-old defender has established himself a key part of Valladolid’s defence this term, making 27 La Liga appearances as Valladolid sit 15th in the table amid the coronavirus suspension.
The Ghana international reportedly has a €12m release clause in his current contract, and the aforementioned report suggests, Man United are exploring the possibility of signing the centre-back.
The report adds that the Red Devils could face fierce competition for Salisu’s signature, with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid both are said to be keen on the player, although Valladolid are supposedly determined to tie the Ghanaian down to a new contract.
Salisu will see his contract at Valladolid expire at the end of next season.
