West Ham United considering Kurt Zouma move?
West Ham United hoping to rekindle their interest signing Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma this summer, The Guardian’s Jacob Steinberg claims.
The Hammers are intent on signing a new centre-back this summer after the Europa League qualification.
Zouma, 26, has been on United’s radar for a while, and it is now reported that the East London outfit are determined to seal a deal for the France international, who could be available for £25m.
West Ham have also been linked with the services of Rennes’ Nayef Aguerd and Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic.
With just 14 days left before the deadline, there could be an interesting transfer activity at the London Stadium as they need more depth and quality to compete in their first-ever Europa League group stage campaign.
Zouma scored five goals in 24 Premier League appearances for Chelsea last term.
