Real Madrid interested in signing Romelu Lukaku
Real Madrid are closely monitoring the rise of Chelsea forward Romelu Lukaku, amid speculation surrounding his future at Stamford Bridge.
The 28-year-old has scored just five goals in 19 top flight appearances for the Blues this season.
The Belgian international returned to Stamford Bridge last summer, but it remains certain that he will move on again at the end of the campaign, with Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Barcelona all reportedly among the potential suitors.
Football.london reports that Los Blancos will only make a move for the Belgian if they fail to land PSG’s Kylian Mbappe and Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Braut Haaland.
After returning to Chelsea for a fee in the region of £97.5m, Lukaku is said to still be valued at around £90m, which could lead some interested parties out of the race.
Lukaku has scored 12 goals in 49 appearances for Chelsea.
