Wolves plot summer move for Martim Neto?

Benfica youngster Martin Neto has reportedly emerged as a top transfer target for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Wolves head coach Bruno Lage is said to be in the market for a new midfielder and according to The Sun, the West Midlands outfit may take advantage of the situation involving Neto, who has a contract in Lisbon until the end of the campaign.

Although the 19-year-old Portuguese is yet to make a senior appearance, he has impressed Benfica’s ‘B’ team and earned seven caps for the national Under-19s.

The report goes on to claim that the teenager has recently joined Jorge Mendes’s stable of players, which could improve Wolves’ chances of agreeing a deal.
