Chelsea weighing up big-money move for Napoli forward Victor Osimhen
Chelsea have reportedly placed emphasis on signing Napoli forward Victor Osimhen.
The Blues are reportedly showing a strong interest in the Nigeria international and they are considering making a significant financial offer to sign the Napoli striker, as per Calcio Mercato.
Liverpool and Real Madrid are reportedly among the interested parties vying for the Osimhen’s signature. Meanwhile, London clubs Chelsea and Arsenal have also expressed significant interest, while Manchester United are keeping a close eye on the 24-year-old’s progress as the summer transfer window approaches.
Todd Boehly is eager to secure a top-rated centre-forward for his ambitious project at Stamford Bridge, and Osimhen is reportedly one of the club’s top targets. The West Londoners are rumoured to be willing not only to pay a large transfer fee but also to double his current salary in order to secure his services.
However, it remains unclear whether Chelsea will succeed in luring Osimhen away from Napoli.
