Man United to sign Joshua Zirkzee

Manchester United are reportedly eyeing a move for 22-year-old striker Joshua Zirkzee, who has been in excellent form at Bologna this season.

The Red Devils are keen to strengthen their attacking options, given their struggles in front of goal.

Zirkzee’s impressive performances have attracted interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur as well.

Despite Man United’s desire to sign him in the ongoing transfer window, a deal seems unlikely due to financial constraints and the limited time before the window closes.

The Red Devils are expected to have a better financial position in the summer, especially with the involvement of a new minority shareholder, Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

The 20-time English champions have already initiated talks with Zirkzee’s representatives for a potential summer move, aiming to beat competition from Arsenal and Tottenham.

Both London clubs are in need of a new number nine, with Mikel Arteta expressing dissatisfaction with Arsenal’s striker output, and Spurs yet to secure a replacement for Harry Kane.
