Man United eyeing up move for Watford winger Ismaila Sarr

Manchester United are mulling over a summer move for Watford attacker Ismaila Sarr.

The Red Devils continue to be linked with Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho, but it remains uncertain that the club are able to agree a deal with the German outfit before the transfer deadline on October 5.

According to The Independent, United are currently weighing up alternatives to the Englishman and have identified Watford’s Ismaila Sarr as an ideal option.

The report adds that the 22-year-old, who is also believed to be a target for the Premier League champions Liverpool, could cost somewhere around £30million following the Hornets’ relegation to the Championship.

The Senegal international joined Watford from Rennes last summer and impressed during his debut season in the English top flight, contributing five goals and six assists in 28 appearances.

Sarr still has four years remaining to his contract at the Hertfordshire-based club.
